GRIF Women's Ministry Mission Statement

The purpose of Women's Ministry at GRIF is to bring women to a closer walk with Jesus Christ in a safe and nurturing environment. We seek to connect all women in our ever-changing international church and surrounding neighborhood.

We do this by providing Bible studies, a mentoring program (Heart-to-Heart) with the goal of finding healthy balance in their homes and families, especially putting God first, and various special events; all with the opportunity for teaching, refreshing, healing, mentoring, maturing and sharing. We believe we are called to be equipped to serve Him and to reach others for Him.

As Christian woman we seek to hear who God says we re to be through Him and we are dedicated to providing women with the very best study tools to become the women He uniquely created us to be

 

Bible Study

Fall 2009 ~ Tuesdays from 9:30-11:00 AM and Wednesday evenings 6:30-7:45 PM (Childcare provided for both days)

Heart-To-Heart Mentoring

We believe women are looking for role models for the different stages of their lives. Women's ministry continually seeks God's vision for how we can carry this out.  We currently provide a program called Heart-To-Heart which is designed to develop important and supportive friendships between older and younger women, based on Titus 2:3-5.

 

Special Events:

Memory Makers Nights(MMN) ~ Women love to be creative and enjoy time with each other.  MMN are fun evenings where a variety of crafts are done (scrapbook, jewelry making, cross stitch, painting, sewing and others) and great food is provided.
