The Book of Hosea explores God's love, judgment, mercy, and faithfulness, and promise of restoration. We sin’s consequences, the need for repentance, and God's invitation to return and restore our relationship with Him. We reflect on the importance of true repentance and the dangers of ignoring or minimizing the consequences of sin. It is so easy be so tired and distracted by what lies behind us that we fail to hear the call to the next destination. The Scriptures are not about Israel’s failure, but God’s faithfulness. Paul then encourages us to press on to what Christ has ahead for us. CCLI Streaming License # 20115608
